How it Works
Midstate Employment may test, interview and medical check applicants if required.
A comprehensive induction confirms the contract, licensing, policies and procedures between Midstate and the employee.
Employees are inducted into the Host’s work site to provide them with an awareness of the workplace expectations, policies and procedures.
A Field Officer is assigned to provide valuable, ongoing support to both Employee and the Host Employer.
Job Seekers
We employ and place candidates across a variety of fields, from labour intensive to professional to hospitality.
Once your skills and desired fields of work have been registered with us, we will check our current vacancies to find a suitable placement. If there are no positions available at the time, we will market you through our extensive existing networks.
Midstate have offices located right across our area of operation. Our Staff live locally and collectively have extensive experience working with job seekers, local business and their networks.
Whilst you are working as for your Host Employer, you remain an employee of Midstate Employment Inc so your employer need not concern themselves with all the complexities of doing payroll, tax, super, Workcover, leave loadings, penalty rates etc.
This means you get paid on time, and do not have to chase up on entitlements owed.

- We then widely advertise to attract the maximum available candidate pool ensuring the best available applicants are attracted for your business. Advertising may include press, electronic, schools, Government employment agencies and local networks
- Specific advertising can be created to suit individual needs
- All applicants are carefully checked using assessment tests, pre-selection interviews and thorough reference checks
- Only applicants of the highest quality are referred to the workplace for final selection
- We can arrange medical testing as required
